I upgraded to Mojave on my MacBook, and the first time I used Cubase it came up with some questions. Cubase wants to access your microphone? Yes/No, which makes sense, it asked my about another process I OK'd then it said "Cubase wants to access your contacts" - which I thought about and said no to. Anyone know why on earth Cubase would even want to access my contacts for? Apart from this, all works fine.

At least they ask before they data mine. Lol.

The only thing I can't think of is if cubase is planning on adding some peer to peer features like Avid cloud is. Online mixing and tracking I'd without a doubt the future.

I honestly have no clue why cubase I'd doing that.

More likely a bug in Mojave. There's a couple of those around, like the dialog not appearing in some cases.
