I use Cubase LE and I was wondering if I can use just my regular computer keyboard as a MIDI channel 1 for VSTs. Especially in using Absynth 4. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks! |

I've used Absinthe a bit. Always marveled at how people still use the sugar cube and spoon trick but wouldn't know what laudanum was if they shot it directly into their vein. Which they do, in a way.
Mind the thujone though. That shit will make you think anything can fly, when in reality falling is not flying.
As to weather or not you can use your keyboard to do midi, probably, but you would need drivers. Just buy a midi keyboard. Plastic pianos reign supreme these days. |

Cmon Killa. Bite the bullet and buy a cheap midi controller. It's easier and 100 times better, maybe even 127 times better.
But if you really want to play notes QWERTY style, check this out. I don't use it but I think it'll do what you want. |
