As usual, I convince myself that I've got a good mix then I start thinking I need some better qualified opinions. I'm new to all this and I play, sing and record alone so any tips or comments would be helpful and appreciated.
Song is called "Calling"

My 73 yr old mother wrote most of the words so don't mind the "drop a dime" line. She hasn't used a payphone since 1956 |

And here you are again to entertain us with this truly, beautiful & lovely song. It's late, I've listened to a lot of stuff, run my mouth on other posts and offended plenty. I'm stupid. I'm tired. But this truly made me feel great. I loved it totally. Every single little piece of it. Again, there is absolutely nothing I would recommend changing. Just spectacular. Real music. Real talent. Lovely collaboration. Worth much more than a dime. I'm just still sitting here enjoying the glow of your song. My lullaby.
Marry me! We don't need to make beautiful music together. I just want to listen.
Touched artistically & sonically

Thank you so much, that's the sweetest thing anyone has said to me in ages [shuffles feet]
I think I have found the best time to post, late at night...hee-hee. You're all out of critique by then.
I thank you very much for the kind words. It provides a burst of confidence that I normally lack.
Makes me think, you deserve a great deal of gratitude for all the help and advice you so freely give here. It goes a long way to guys just starting out.
I just wanted you to know that it's *really* appreciated. Thank you |

And folks like us are always gratified when what we have said can actually be comprehended and heard in impressive results.
