I do a lot of imports to my Pro Tools system with OMFI from Avid systems. What other video systems work with OMFI and how successful have your imports/exports been? |

Final Cut Pro 2.0 and later supports OMFI. The only problem I had was when I used a built in crossfade transition in FCP into empty space. The OMFI export halted as soon as it reached that point. The solution was to at least crossfade into slug or better yet some room tone. |
