It's called the Pro Tools 7.4 Windows Keyboard Shortcuts

The documentation for Pro Tools is great. Read all of it. Also, if you change your keyboard focus to shortcuts, there are tons of very useful single key short cuts. The pro-tools keyboard stickers off E-Bay are great.
