i'd say "Lump" from The Presidents of The United States....
not sure if they're really a one hit wonder, but that and "Peaches" are the only "hits" i've ever really heard from them.

and: "The Rapper" by the Jaggerz (Long before "Rapping" was even a genre.... ) |
