In fact I don't think I've done anything except encourage and try to help NiggaPhil in this, his thread, by promoting discussion.

Obviously there is some concern amoungst the troops here about your 'handle'. While I myself could give two-shits about 'political correctness', It does concern me as a moderator on this site.
Could you find name that says what you want it too, and yet doesnt rile the natives? And from your perspective, I understand that its where you want it to be and props to you on that.

Forgive me, but many has been the time that folks have posted here looking for high end gear things and not contacted the manufacturer... why? Who knows?

Maybe they just don't think the manufacturer gives a shit about their clients. I just don't see that from API.

When I went up and seriously looked at the gear and their operation when I was looking at the 1608, they were taking calls from all over and answering emails and faxes about everything from consoles to knobs and buttons for 20 year old custom modded stuff.

It might take a phone call to the local distributor/rep, to save you the international call, but I firmly believe API is customer satisfaction oriented.
