Maybe someone can help me out here. A long time back when I purchased my Cubase 3.7 Producer Pak from Steinberg I received, besides everything else, a copy of Waves Rennaisance Compressor. I installed it along with my other software and transferred the dll's into the VST Plugins folder, but I could never find it in Cubase. I finally ended up using a freeware plugin in its place. But, I'm now determined to try to get this thing working. Does anyone have any ideas? The Waves website is useless.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Nevermind everyone, I resolved my problem. I should not have installed the dll's in Cubase's VST folder as this works as a DirectX plugin.
Thanks anyway. |

Interesting. I will have to remember that one (I don't use Cubase but it will probably come up again). Thanks, Doc |

If you look in Cubase there is a plug in information function...I know it's there somewhere, not sure where, in SX it's in the device drop down menu...
Cheers
