Where to get free VSTI's?

I would like to hear about any free VSTI's that other members have used and if you've liked them or not. Please give me some feedback.

Thanks G, great site. I discovered that you can get IK Multimedia Sampletank Free version as well at http://www.sampletank.com/Main.html?STFreeDwn
I mentioned the PSP Vintage Meter before in the Audio/Video forum which is also an excellent plugin (those not a VSTI!!)
