Here is a spur of the moment video from a recent session. We were going to add strings and some other tracks to fill it out, but after listening to the rough mix we decided to leave it alone, just acoustic.
Did we do the right thing?
The video just kind of evolved as we sat around going "wouldn't it be neat if we did this?" So we went out back and shot some cutaways. |

I'm no audio expert but the sound of the guitar and your voice is beautiful. You have such a smooth natural sound. Granted, there are a few ambient guitar string sounds but that's your playing style, not the recording.
You don't really need strings, the song is wonderfully simple and moving as is. My compliments to the person who shot the video, great clarity and lighting, some of the angles were very professional looking. You must have a very nice setup.
Very impressive for something that just "came around". I still can't get over how nice your voice is...so natural. I would love to see what you would come up with if you were to plan things out for a few days etc... |

I will pass on the compliments Buzzhaze.
I cannot sing or write, so I just record for people who do.
I am the audio engineer and the videographer.
The video was going to just be a simple version of him singing in the studio, but we added the other stuff for effect.
Thanks again |

The voice reminds me of Roger Waters in 'Brain Damage'.
Very cool. |
