Hi all,
I'm searching for a contact where I can get replacement parts for Rolands TR-909 or circuit diagrams or any information to the power supply unit of the TR 909. Or a contact where i could let repair it. Preferred in Germany or Europe.
My problem with the device is, that some months ago it started to automatically turn on and off several times after turning power on. First it turned on and off just for 10 times. after some months about 50 times. I could hear it, because everytime when it turned on, it played the crash (which is always played automatically, when turning power on - i think), but in my case 50 times or more. In the end, after turning power on nothing worked anymore. no crash, no lights, no sound. So in my opinion it's a problem with the power supply unit.
If you had a similar problem and if you solved it, it would be nice, if you could tell me, how you solved this problem.
Any information would be helpful.
Thanks a lot!!!

Hello,
Did you ever get this problem fixed? I've got a 909 with a very similar problem. I checked the PSU and didn't find anything that seemed to be wrong. I do have the service manual for the 909, if you want it.
email me at andrewcarterhughes<insert the 'at' symbol>gmail<dot>com
Thanks - Andrew |
