From what I can see of this guy, he knows how to spend money but he has no clue how to make it.

"please bring your own money for food, unless weve talked about a bbq ahead of time or somthing."

Or something?

Sounds tasty.

I don't know if I'm on board with what everyone here is saying (although I do find it funny). Think about it this way: he could spend the summer learning to record by sitting there by himself, OR he could charge super cheap rates and learn to record realistically, with other people there. To me it sounds like getting money (however little) and having a better experience tops the alternative.

I have to say though, that I don't have much faith in someone's ability to learn if they spell as terribly and has as little attention to detail as this person does.

I'm just jealous because if I wanted to set up that studio I would have to borrow, big time...
And to service those loans I would need to make revenue from my investment.

Or sink.

Fake it 'till you make it.

Who said that?

What don't I understand about bad death metal that's Christian?

It's music to enjoy a personal IED detonation with. Did I say music? I didn't mean that. Sorry. Music. It's Death Metal. It's not a tumor!

Hard to believe that it was brain surgery that led me here to Recording.org. Maybe not hard to believe?? I would imagine that after reading my replies? You'd know the surgery was unsuccessful. And so, I'm still an audio engineer. Proving once again that anybody with half a brain can be a recording engineer!

Missing Brain Cells are highly overrated.

Well, anyone with a fully functional, rational brain would probably see fit choose another industry...

Me, I'm clinically sane but I see no point in being normal. The normal is the line at right angles to a surface and people should be themselves (ie nonconformist).
