SAY I DID FAX IT, HOW DO I KNOW IF THATS THE REAL PERSONS SIGNATURE. WOULD IT BE LEGAL IF I TOLD THEM TO FAX BACK OR MAIL A COPY OF THERE STATE I.D. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Trig, first of all, caps lock isn't a cool thing... You can ask the signee to have the contract notarized (any law office can get this done for a small fee...), they will confirm who they are and the contract will be legally binding.

Yes, get them to fax a signature, but when you send the item, send it COD. The package is not delivered until the person pays with cash. UPS, FedEx, & RPS will all do this for you.
