1) sound quality??
2) im gonna hook up a mixer to it to record acoustic style stuff does that go through smoothly or how is your guys set up??

For a little more you can get the SE 2200. I have heard some decent things about this mic.

are you sure this one is more expensive than the AT3035??

id say go with the Focusrite voicemaster pro for the pre, because it is the cheapest and has a bunch of features, and does look teh best out of the 3 to me
