If I were you I'd expand toward the Neumann KM series, most people havent given the 184 many thumbs up but nevertheless its great to have either KM84's, 54's, 56's, 88's etc..in your mic locker.

Best mic I've ever found is a Beyer M380n, I love it! Guitar cabinets,
floor toms, basically anything that needs a heavy dose of thick and fat.

Been using Dynaudio BM6A's for 7 years and love them, along those
lines Dynaudio or PMCs get my vote. PMC AML1's are still on my list
until I hear something better..
