If you double, find a decent predelay to go with any tails you might want to add. Keep it tight as the days of washed out vocal effects has come and gone lo these many years.
Compression will help ... |

I dont know of a 'new' U47. They stopped making those (at least Neumann did) in the early 60's. The U67 was its replacement.
And that 8110 isnt a 'thin' piece either.

I used to have one of those. Dont remember it all that well.
There is a HUGE difference between the ATM25 and the "Pro"25. The ATM25 is a real mic and the pro25 is a real pretender. |
